「Great」

「A pleasant colonial-style house, but it differs from the photos. The staff was very friendly and willing to help, though not very efficient in resolving issues. It is understandable that the property is old and they want to preserve its style, but maintenance is essential, and unfortunately, there is a lot missing: The A/C never worked, even though a technician supposedly came to check it (with Cartagena’s heat, it’s impossible to sleep without A/C). There’s a lot of mold and dampness everywhere...

「Loved my stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. 10/10 stay I would definitely recommend!」

「Excellent stay at Casa del Arzobispado Hotel for 8 nights. Very friendly staff and Thalia at the front desk was extremely helpful and courteous. She helped book tours and made recommendations and made reservations at various restaurants, etc. The property was very quaint and clean. Highly recommend!」
