This is a beautifully decorated and very comfortable hotel in the posh part of Pereira. Easy walking to the restaurant and shopping area, and right across the street from an excellent Peruvian restaurant. The breakfast was very nice, served in a pretty courtyard. My room was large - with 2 showers and a large sofa. Downtown was also walkable, and the cable car station. Very secure - you have to be buzzed out and in the front gate. Such great value for the price.

Comfortable and central option in Pereira

Centrally located hotel in Pereira with breakfast and comfortable room with safe, air conditioning and hot water. Staff is attentive. Unique old home with antique decorations. Book rooms towards the back as its in a busy street that can be loud on weekends. Stairs to go up to the property but staff help with your bags after ringing the doorbell. Breakfast consists of different types of egg, fruit, cheese, juice and coffee/hot chocolate. Would be good to have other traditional Colombian breakfast options like empanadas, etc. as well as more sustainable bathroom options for soap, shampoo, etc. not so much single use. Walking distance to two malls. Would stay again.

There was nothing uniquely about this place, everything is old and outdated. They advertise being pet friendly but they are not. We reserve one type of room but we were put in a horrible room with two beds and we’re told if we use the second bed we were going to be charge extra. They also advertise pets can stay without any extra charge but they lie about it. We came in with our service dog and they made us pay in cash for the service dog which is illegals in Colombia to charge for a service animal.and also made us pay a deposit for the dogs stayed. We will not recommend if coming with or without a dog

Falsa informacion en la descripción! Engaño

La verdad las fotos engañan, cuando hice la reserva decia que la habitacion tenia balcon y/o patio privado. LO CUAL ES FALSO. Publicidad engañosa total!!! Ninguna habitación tiene este servicio. El hotel no esta abierto toda la noche, viaje con una señora mayor y un niño de 10 años. Una noche llegamos de una excursion a las 11 pm, y nos toco esperar mas de 20 minutos en la calle en un sitio peligroso hasta que nos abrieran. Hacennlo mejor posble por aislar el ruido, pero el hotel esta frente a 3 discotecas que cierran a las 3 am y el ruido es muy fuerte. Esto no lo mencionan en ningun momento. Cuando llegue pedi la devolución del dinero al ver todo esto para irme a otro hotel por que la descripción de la habitación no coincidia con lo ofrecido y fue imposible, nos toco quedarnos.
