"Small boutique hotel with modest but comfortable, clean room which was a good size and had an excellent shower. Small pool is a nice bonus. Good breakfast and complimentary coffee in the library. Staff very welcoming and helpful, while location in the old town is perfect and not too noisy. Would happily recommend and stay there again. "

"Only positive thing about our stay in this hotel was the service we got while they were serving breakfast. Breakfast menu only have like five options to choose from. Besides that hotel was not well maintain. Every time my wife and I were going to take a shower we have to call reception for them to turn hot water on. Staff are not friendly. Will not recommend this hotel to no one that wants to visit Cartagena. "
