「The hotel had an” end of term “ feeling . Our room was not cleaned in three days despite leaving a request for it to be. Also our TV was faulty and we had to ask an unrelated member of staff for help .. - he kindly obliged. Our room was almost unbearably warm and we needed to leave the windows open. It’s in a lovely position and some members of staff were friendly but overall slightly disappointing.」

「Disappointing stay – would not return Our first impression was good, but unfortunately the stay became very disappointing. We arrived at 2:30pm and understood check-in was at 3pm. At 3pm our room was still not ready, and eventually the receptionist had to swap us to another available room. We were then surprised to be told that spa access was an extra £15 per person (£30 for us). This was not clear when booking through Expedia.
