「Good but no parking in hotel.」

「位置方便，近大型商場，多餐廳，有泊車位，但不多。附近有其他停車場，泊車容易。酒店整體清潔很好，設施維護良好。窗有點少。桌面很少。」

「We booked this for our pre cruise trip. The location is excellent and the harbour view is spectacular. What actually impressed us is the service. We landed in early morning and with a check in time at 3pm, they tried their best to arrange a room for us before 1pm. What's more, they had our luggage delivered to our room before we even asked for it. And they kindly offered us a late check out. The room is spacious but the light is a bit dim and the bathroom is a bit small. The Jetty restaurant is...

「First night ( Saturday night) it was so noisy until midnight:( . Second night is much better. You book 2 nights, they don’t clean your room next day:( Overall it’s good place to stay.」

「This was my first stay in DoubleTree Southampton and it’ll be the first on my list of places to stay when I return to the city again. Friendly staff, fantastic rooms, great shower in room, great food and atmosphere and breakfast was top notch. Definitely recommend this hotel.」

「Probably due to limitations of the vertical movement of the elevators, we , staying at the lower level, took ages to get to the front desk to check out.」

「Another great stay at this fine establishment. No suite this time but a nice room all the same. Got a great workout at the hotel gym followed by an invigorating shower. A full night's sleep was followed by a wonderful breakfast spread. The hotel is within distance of several dining options. Look forward to another stay here.」

「Room was what we needed, hotel was nice and traditional , decor was great, service was good but cappuccino was cold」

「A lovely hotel with amazing staff who tend to your every need. Spa is lovely and treatments are out of this world. Food and service is 5star. This hotel is the perfect location as it’s walking distance from Winchester city centre. Perfect for a few days away to relax」

「We had a studio apartment - it was for one night only pre cruise - wish it had been longer. A very comfortable room With amenities. We also had the most delicious meal in the restaurant and if you are a hotel guest then you get 15% off the bill. There was water in the fridge and tea coffee on offer. Will deffo stay here again pre cruise!」
