「We had booked another motel but they called us mid ride from out of state to tell us they weren't open at the time due to a repairs. I found this location hurriedly on our way and was pleased with the outcome. It was nice to have a little kitchenette. There wasn't any staff other than house cleaning on the premises, it was all remotely done through key codes. Their site does indicate that there is a breakfast but there was not, there was a breakfast area and sitting area but no food provided. I...

I checked my email and found a message stating that if they were unable to contact me, I would receive a full refund. This happened on June 12, and as of today June 22, I still have not received my refund.
