「The rooms carpet was sticky and dirty. The bathroom door looked as though it had been kicked in and the word part was the bed bug. My daughter and I were so disgusted. When I asked for a refund due to the awful experience they refused even though we hadn’t been inside the room for 10min. Then I was sent a message from you saying that you were giving me a $60 refund which is nowhere near the $410 I paid the property.」

「Had a great experience at Desoto Beach Hotel. Clean, spacious room with a great view of the ocean. The facility staff were friendly and helpful. Access to the beach on site is out of commission due to beach erosion, but there was another access to the beach about 50 feet down. Bring your own beach towels. You will have to call to arrange for chair and umbrella rental. The Deck Beach Bar and Kitchen is a short five-minute walk from the hotel and was quite good.」

「Clean room」

「实在太脏了」

「Staff and everyone was great but the bed and breakfast needs a serious upgrade that old carpet and old furniture needs to go other than that it was great stay」

「The location minutes from the beach is excellent. The sea cabin room which we stayed in is really a suite of three tiny rooms which suited our needs very well. The breakfasts were ample and tasty. Chris, the owner, was very helpful」

「Parking is a nightmare very tight. Check in you have to go through the hotel which they didn’t tell us. Pool is small and not very clean. Room was not very clean, had musty smell. Overall would not recommend.」
