「Dommage pour le vis à vis des piscines « privée » 」

「The rooms were spacious, the buffet breakfast delicious and the staff was very friendly. However, our key didn't work. I had to go to the lobby 7 times for this, which was a hassle. Also, in a 5 star resort there should be some things for kids to play with in the pool and more pampering amenities in the room, beside the obligatory shower cap. Also, a free shuttle to Chania would have been a big advantage. 」

「Wir waren das zweite Mal im Euphoria . Hier weiß ich was ich für mein Geld bekomme. Modernes Hotel, Mega Zimmer, super Wasserpark. Tolles All In Hotel wo keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Es ist ein sehr ruhiges Hotel ohne lästige Animation. Auch der Getränkeservice am Strand ist einfach fantastisch. So möchte ich jedes Jahr Urlaub machen.」

「From the time we entered the reception, Sofia was amazing, the restaurant staff and checkout personnel also amazing. Our flight got delayed and thus we arrived later than expected and the hotel offered complimentary breakfast for our stay which helped get our vacation back on track! 「此住宿係一個Apartment 形式，面積夠大，有電梯。不過，沐浴的熱水很難控制，忽冷忽熱，而且水壓不好，水力很弱。試過有一晚突然停電，幸好，有人仍在office幫忙解決問題，否則整晚都不用睡，因為此住宿不是24小時有人的。特別多謝Irene的幫助。」

「We stayed in room 502 which was a spacious room with huge balcony with sun loungers and a private hot tub. We were on,y using the room in the day and early evening as we had a late flight home but we would stay again. A good location, parking opposite and a 10 minute walk into the main old town. Very friendly staff.」
