「Our room was clean and spacious with a great view to the water. Our room was cleaned every day and there was plenty of parking available. Not sure what it looks like during the busy season though. The pool was nice but the water was cold. The pool is definitely not heated! Staff was friendly. We booked all inclusive. The food was ok but not exceptional. The drink options were also limited and the knock off Coke or Pepsi products did not taste good at all. But all in all we had a good time and a...

「My issue was my reversations. I made a reservation for two rooms Mo day to Monday. When I arrived my rooms were not available for two nights. I was moved to their sister hotel 25 minutes away. There was no communication of this prior to arriving. I came to the hotel at 9:15 pm and was dismissed to the other hotel with no explanation. They felt since the sister hotel was a 5 star that thos would accommodate my family and I. I feel there should of been better communication prior to my arrival.」
