「nothing The air conditioner did not cool the room. Staff came and adjusted it, but it still was hot in the room all night. The blackout curtain next to the bed would not go down, se we were up with the sun. In the morning we found the clothes in the suitcase were wet. The A/C is above the TV, which is above platform for the suitcase. The A/C had dripped condensate into the suitcase. I complained at check out. I was told that the guest who stayed there the night before had misadjusted the...

「Everything they accommodations were great. The manager was great. We had a fantastic time staying in these accommodations.」

「Very clean and well maintained hotel! Parking across the street was easy and convenient as well. Bed was super comfortable and rooms were quiet there was not a lot of outside noise! Only thing is I wish it was closer to downtown area it was about a 20 min walk but we didn’t mind. Would definitely stay again!!」

「Excellent. The sea views amazing」

「The room was very nice and clean the staff friendly. The only issue was the restaurant Teatro was hit or miss. Food was fine, sometimes only warm, but service was sporadic. Sometimes friendly sometimes not attentive. We didn’t understand why they asked us our room number. It only confused us because we thought they wanted to charge the room. But that wasn’t the case which was fine because we wanted to pay cash. Just didn’t understand why they needed that.」

「We had a spectacular time at Akrotiri Hotel. The hospitality was above and beyond. Breakfast included every morning and high quality. Lena and her husband were incredibly welcoming. The room was very clean and well maintained. The tile in the bathroom was beautiful and the shower itself was wonderful. Now for the view. We were told we would have a panoramic view and we couldn’t have had anything more beautiful to wake up to. The terrazzo was also well maintained and enjoyable to sit on in the...

「The staff are so friendly, and professional . The breakfast was really good and yummy. The location is so convenient and walking distance to the main attractions.」

「Everything about this hotel was perfection! The details were so thoughtfully considered, and as we needed things, we found that they were all there for us in our room, conveniently placed, and beautifully appointed. Katerina was a very welcoming host and always made sure that everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this place to anybody who wants a perfect quiet location and the comforts that you appreciate when you travel.」

「Loved it! Big, clean, and new! Check in was great and manager was very helpful. Great kitchen that had everything needed. Very convenient location that had a great view.」

「Wonderful boutique hotel in the center of Chania. Great personnel, great room (very spacious, clean, and with everything needed). Close to shops and a 10-minute walk from the beach. The pool is a great plus (you can take a dip before venturing out).」

「After a long day travelling the well managed, empty reception with my key and details was good. However, I cannot remember an accommodation that did not proved a kettle and tea/coffee. Arriving after 23.30 I really needed a water or a cup of tea. It was good for what it was but, please, a kettle. Odd as there was an almost functioning kitchen. Hey ho」
