Very friendly, accommodating and kind staff, Maria and Areli are the best you can find. They went so out of their way to help us. Hotel is located in a pedestrian old town of Chania so there is no parking closed by. It’s a problem for the old town area.

Great location to explore Chania and surroundings

Lovely hotel in a very livery area in downtown Chania. Friendly personal, comfortable rooms newly renovated. Close to the central station (with connections to different parts of the island), and walking distance to Chania's main attractions. Big plus for the breakfast. A minus point is that since it's in a busy area it can be noisy during the night. But overall we had a great stay for our one night in Chania.

While I only got to spend one night at the property, it was definitely a property I considered staying at for longer. The staff was very friendly both at check-in and check out. I did initially have a bit of trouble finding the location as it’s right in the middle of, an area with restaurants and shopping and easy to miss. That being said, there being an elevator and also it was very quiet for being in a busy neighborhood spot. I would definitely consider staying here in the future if I should return to the area.

Wonderful stay!

In summary, staying at this hotel was amazing and I highly recommend it. We arrived early in the morning so our room was not ready. The staff helped us by letting us leave our luggage while we explored Old Town and waited for the room to become available. Check-in was very quick and easy. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was also really good and fresh. The location of the place is great as it is in Old Town, and getting out of Old Town is easy and quick. Even though there were a few restaurants right next to the hotel that would stay open late, I don’t think the noise was ever a bother and I am a light sleeper (I think that all the walking would tire me out and help me sleep better haha). But once the windows were shut, the noise was muted a good amount. Beware that elevators tend to be small. The only thing that was tricky was finding the place. We were only lost for like 5 minutes, so not a big deal. I think there might be a problem with the linked address because when I clicked on it and was directed by google maps to the address it wasn’t the right location, I believe it was the old location of the hotel. But that was easy to solve by just searching the hotel’s current address on google. I think what also contributed to that is that there are many nooks and crannies in Old Town. I would just suggest correcting the address on this site if that hasn’t been done yet. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Loved this property. In the middle of the action! staff was soooo friendly and gave great local recommendations, especially Areti! One thing was no parking, as this is in a pedestrian area, but we parked at a structure a couple minute walk away.
