The hotel was very well located in the heart of Chania with convenient access to dining, shopping, and the harbor. We felt safe and the hotel was quiet, but we were only steps from the bustle of the city. It was a man excellent stay!

Chambre impeccable.

Staff were helpful. They voluntarily offered things that they knew we would need when we mentioned we were going to the beach, such as an umbrella and towels. They responded quickly to an issue that we encountered even post checkout. Property is clean. Breakfast is good.

Ideally placed to visit the old town. The hotel was clean, comfortable , with very helpful sraff. Breakfast was very nice - maybe a little more variety when you stay more than a few nights. Would highly recommend this hotel. We would definitely stay there again

Ellia Bettolio was an excellent hotel, with a central location that made getting around effortless. The service truly stood out — Angela and Manulis at the front desk went above and beyond, and Georgia & her co-worker (sorry name slipped my mind) at breakfast brought such warm hospitality to every morning. It’s the kind of attentive, genuine service that makes a stay memorable rather than just convenient. Highly recommend.

Nice and clean hotel with old town location. Stunning views from upper floors. Breakfast is good and the breakfast terrace is lovely. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Aircon worked well. The only thing that bothered me a bit was the elevator noise that you can clearly hear in the room. Also some noise from the restaurants in the pedestrian street during the evening but that is what you get in the old town location. Would still recommend this hotel.
