「The room was clean with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Great for the price.」

「The carpet is dirty and stained from years of use. The shower has mold growing along the top. The shower drain is slow and filled with hair. Mysterious stains on walls that need to be cleaned and painted. Furniture is stained. Spiders literally crawled out of the bed. It was disgusting. I don’t know how this hotel received good ratings which was one of the reasons I chose this place. I feel like I was deceived by Expedia.」

「The Basin Park is in a perfect location for exploring historic downtown Eureka Springs and a short drive to The Great Passion Play. The complimentary shuttle services was great. Our double Queen room was spacious with a sitting room separating the large bathroom from the sleeping area. I would recommend The Basin Park to anyone visiting Eureka Springs.」

「I love this place. Super comfortable bedding. Everything was squeaky clean. It was cozy and comfortable. I could not be happier with this choice or more comfortable if I had been in my own home. Because the cabins are not attached to each other, once inside, it was extremely quiet. They don’t serve breakfast but really, bring a pack of muffins and you’re ahead of every other option.」

「This place was absolutely amazing. The staff was great.They went above and beyond anything that we asked. We loved the sauna, their pool and the little walking trails. They have live music on saturday night, that we quite enjoyed. We cannot wait to book our next day there.」
