「Clean room, nice staff cool pool and hot tub」

「It’s old and outdated. It smells horrible. They don’t provide shower gel or lotion, only a tiny packet of shampoo and 1 tiny bar of soap for the sink. The beds are like sleeping on a cardboard box. The office and dining area is not clean and they have multi-use gallon sized containers of milk and fake orange juice. The office attendant doesn’t speak clear English. 「Wasn’t a bad place, pool was a little dirty, stains on the linens, fridge went out during our stay and ruined our stuff. Bed was comfortable easy access while we explored the area. Staff was great.」

「A wonderful place to stay and enjoy Eureka Springs! Just a few steps away from spring street, it's within easy walking distance of restaurants (try Local Flavor! the best) and the historical museum. It's a great perk to be able to park your car in the reserved spot and not worry about street parking in ES.
