「Quaint, quiet, and clean. We opted for breakfast at the nearby Ozark Cafe.」

「Thea room was musty and the carpeting in the bathroom was damp. Which is probably why there were knats in the room. We had to purchase plug in room fresheners and candles to be able to handle the smell. The only plus was the bed was comfortable. We will not book this hotel again.」

「While the staff was very friendly and helpful my room had some remnants of past guests, for example a Doritos chip left tucked up near the bed frame and the morning breakfast was quite sad to look at. But in grateful that this place exist because it wasn’t the place I came down for I came to visit my boyfriend which I plan to do often and if it wasn’t for this place I didn’t really have another option so thank you Four Seasons I will return soon! 」

「Helpful friendly manager overrode a computer glitch in our room reservation. Later she personally fixed our cable box. Nice breakfast buffet, loved the homemade quiche.」

「Rooms were fine. But we did not get the ones pictured on the website. Ours were not updated with the vinyl floors and new bathroom. But they did have an updated mattress which was good.」

「The lady at the front desk was super sweet and made check in easy. The property is older just like 99% of the properties in Eureka Springs. Each room is decorated differently and makes it feel so homey. It is quiet and the view out back is beautiful. It was spotless clean and the mattress was very comfortable. I will be staying here again soon. 10/10 recommend!」

「The staff was great. They recommended some things to do and we tried some of them and they were really good. The room was nice clean comfortable, and the temperature was just right.」

「Well expedia didn't tell us about the 85 dollars additional charges at the property thay said if we would have booked through the hotel we would have got breakfast im not sure if there was a savings going through expedia」

「The pool was out of order and my kids were really looking forward to it. I asked for a discount because of it and was told since I booked it through a 3rd party they would have to talk to a manager. I still haven't heard from them. With all the other rooms available with better views we got one facing the main road.」

「We booked forest springs resort for a long weekend and honestly didn’t want to leave. The property is tucked right into the pines, you feel like you’re away from everything but can still get to downtown for dinner in mins. We spent most afternoon out on the deck with drinks, hitting the sauna in the evening and hanging out by the fireplace at night. If you’re looking for somewhere to actual relax and unplug this is it!」

「The room was a very nice, well-kept room. The pool area was amazing. The games area had several outdoor games available (bring quarters for mini golf, though). The restaurant attached to the hotel had amazing service as well as food.」
