「Friendly staff 」

「Quaint, quiet, and clean. We opted for breakfast at the nearby Ozark Cafe.」

「Very mislead, images look a lot nicer than the actual place, rooms were disgusting, cigar bud ash marks all over the bed sheet. Outside my door the staff were yelling and arguing, I decided to just make the 4 hour drive home instead of staying there, may have lost $70 but I did not feel safe there. I would recommend avoiding unless you have no other choice.」

「We came on New Year Eve. There was no heat, they had a shear bedspread, the door had a area that let cold air came in. We put our coat on to sleep. We ended up leaving around 0700 to go home. They have no front desk or number posted to call. 」

「Stayed at this motel twice now. Both times were good. Beds are super soft, almost too soft lol out of 5 pillows 4 were hard and flat. The rooms are a bit outdated but you get what you pay for so not bad overall. Will stay again. 」

「Cute little room. Down side is there was no one on the property when we got there or needed something. Door wouldn't unlock, then the tv didn't work. Once it was all sorted we enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet and close to everything. 」

「Exceeded my expectations! The charming log cabin had a hot tub on the back deck, wood burning fireplace, plenty of firewood, pet friendly, hiking trails around lakes within 5 miles, and of course Downtown Eureka Springs less than 10 minutes away! Staff were exceptional! They are environmentally friendly and make it easy to recycle. The room was very clean and the provided coffee was delicious! This was our first visit, but won’t be our last!」
