「The property is beautiful, front desk was professional, breakfast was great. The room was a different story. The curtain must be completely open otherwise the ac blows straight up into the very large voluminous curtain and not into the room at all. The bed is a lowrider about a foot off the ground and the mattresses are set inside some kind of roomy wooden box atop a nest of old hair and dead bugs. The mattresses are like blankets on cardboard. The complimentary makeup remover was bone dry. Room...

「There was no top sheet on my bed. They left us 1 and 1/3 rolls of toilet paper for 3 days for four people. The supposed breakfast included two types of cereal with sour milk available and thawed toaster waffles for you to toast」

「We got there at 9pm the lady said the grandkids could swim till 10 when they got dresses and up there at 930 the pool was closed. The pillow had what looked like blood, mold spot on the sheets, and guess what they were closed so we could not get it fixed」
