「The hotel was great, the issue we had was the lack of info we received when booking through Expedia - just know the hotel does not have elevators (so if they have conventions etc going on & you find yourself on the 2nd floor requiring stairs - you won’t be able to find a ground floor room to switch to). We had my 87 yr old mom with us and stair wind her. Toilet in our room was low also with no hand rail - so be sure to ask for a room with everything you need ahead of time. The hotel...

「This was absolutely one of the worst places I've been to. We checked in and out with a full refund within 1 hour of arriving. Upon checking in it seemed a little run down, but not gross. Once in our room, mind you is a Luxury King Suite with a jetted tub overlooking mountain view. It was a small room, I wouldn't have let my dog in the tub, and it came with a mini fridge filled with cockroach egg sac frozen in the ice, microwave was barely big enough for a frozen dinner, the bed smelled like bath...
