「When booking using the word "Inn" at St. Michaels, I assumed the property would have more of a warm bed and breakfast feel. It was actually a motor lodge/motel feel. The staff was amazing.」

「Really good」

「Staff was unconcerned about accommodating requests.」

「Not a fan of the check in」

「Outstanding experience in every way. Staff was superior — everyone greeted us by name and was eager to ensure we had everything we needed. Meals at Stars were excellent — and the gorgeous views of the water and property enhanced the dining experience. The lit firepits and comfy seating outside were a welcome retreat in the early evening so we could sit and take in the views. We strolled the grounds via the walking paths and enjoyed the lush gardens and plantings. All in all, an amazing...

「For hotel employees — do hotels actually keep internal notes/ratings about guests? Like behavior, complaints, being rude, special requests, etc.? Just curious how much gets tracked behind the scenes. Upvote 195 Downvote 170 Go to comments」

「Very good location, there was variety at breakfast and the food and coffee very good. The room was in very good condition; there was not enough lighting in the room or bathroom. The toilet paper and tissues were very cheap. Overall our experience was very good and we enjoyed our stay.」

「共计入住2晚，房间没有人打扫；毛巾没有更换。」

Breakfast consisted of a hot prepared meal, was delicious. The inn keeper was not very welcoming and inviting. When we arrived, instantly he was very grouchy and complained about how we booked the reservation. It was very off-putting. The next morning he did not acknowledge us when we said, “good morning.” It doesn’t take much to be pleasant...

「Clean, cost effective」

「Good place all in all」
