「On this site and the hotel site there was no where to indicate that we would be bringing our dog. Upon check in I was told I was booked for the king bed I had requested but it was on the 3rd floor where pets were not allowed. Was told I needed to be on the 1st floor but no “king” rooms were available, only queen. I then asked for the difference of $20 and was told they couldn’t do that since I had pre-paid. Why not just hand me a $20. Total B/S ! 」

However, if you are looking for a luxury hotel this is NOT the place. The room is just average. Bed wasn't very comfortable. We had one full size towel and had to go to the front desk for more.
