Brett at the front desk welcomed us on Friday and got us an early check in, my husband is claustrophobic so he gave us a wonderful high ceiling room on the ground floor, all the other staff were wonderful

The property felt outdated (still had thermometers hanging on the wall from COVID) . The hot tub was disgusting- looked like mold on the benches. Only partly filled and freezing, the jets were not producing bubbles- there was no sign saying it was out of order. The blankets on the bed had literal holes in them. There was no toaster in the breakfast area for the bagels, toast, etc. The windows in the pool area were opened so as the night went on, it was getting colder because of the outside temp. There did not seem to be drainage in the pool area because there was so much pooling of water on the ground. Not enough towels in the bathroom. The staff was not super helpful/friendly. The AC was very noisy. The location is convenient but the hotel itself was not great.

I don’t know if Best Western puts their front desk staff through any basic Customer Service training, because the person at the front desk acted let we were an annoyance for arriving. How hard is it to say welcome. It basically become a transaction of mono syllablic grunts.

One of the nicer hotels we have stayed in. Everything was so nice and clean it seemed like a new hotel even though it wasn't. Beds were very comfortable and room darkening shades were the best. Great selection at breakfast and someone was keeping it full and clean all the time. The staff all greeted you coming and going and were helpful with any queations. A great place to stay

Breakfast menu has a good variety and is fresh. They have hot food including eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, coffee, tea, and then cereal, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, bagels and breads, juices, peanut butter, jelly, honey. My only problem is that i am lactose intolerant.
