"Nice restaurant slightly expensive. Breakfast was good but bacon would have made it much better than cold ham slices. Room is good but needs a recliner. Only has a desk chair - not that comfortable while in room waiting. Staff very friendly and some had excellent english. Shuttle from and to airport much appreciated. "

"We had a balcony room on the 6th floor. It was clean, big and beautiful with a comfortable bed. We used the hotel transfer from the airport which was great! We tried all the restaurants at the hotel. The food was excellent and the service was fine. We loved the pool and the beachfront! This is not a party place but relaxing and safe. We went on 2 excursions through the hotel- waterfall tour and Manuel Antonio NP. The hotel staff booked our excursions and they were fantastic! We also rode the horses in front of the hotel at the beach. It was also excellent! We had a wonderful time in CR! "

"The staff were friendly and very helpful, the breakfast was delicious (and the hours were convenient!), the property was clean and safe, the pool was small but very nice with lots of seating options. The location was also perfect, close to the airport but not noisy and very convenient with lots of food and shopping nearby."
