「Nice and very clean hotel, staff is really nice and welcoming , I book standard room when I saw that it was small room but the manager for very kind when I request them if they can upgrade room for me they did and they didn’t even charge me for that They all make sure that my stay in Hotel is more comfortable and nice Thanks to all stuff members for their kindness and for their best service I recommend this hotel to everyone !!! They deserve a 5 star rating !!! Good place for families !!!!」

「The people who work here are wonderful and helpful. Today as I was leaving, a workman there helped me by taking my walker down two treacherous steps and loading my junk in the rental car. The two steep steps leading into the unit need a ramp that can be put over the steps for walkers or wheelchairs. This is true for the steps to the pool, as well. 「We loved our stay at Akua Ocean View Suites. The room was very clean and felt very luxurious. We had our very own plunge pool which always felt peaceful and was wonderful to relax in after a long day. The kitchenette was perfect and had everything we needed.」
