The staff were also difficult to find at check-in, as they were by the pool rather than at the entrance. We understand that Costa Rica is a Spanish-speaking country and have no issue with that, but for a hotel located near the airport, we expected at least some basic English communication to assist with check-in and hotel...

"We drove up to iron gates, got buzzed in and the place was beautiful. Our check in was quick and fast. Our room was amazing. The staff was top notch. Anything you needed the helped. The front desk staff helped with directions and directing us where the best food was. He was very patient. I will go back again. Highly recommend!!"

"My experience was not great. They couldn’t find my reservation through hotels.com and it took forever to check in. Then in the morning they would not accept the payment through hotels.com. So I had to pay separately and they charged me more then the price listed on hotels.com. The hotel itself was ok but it was overpriced and a frustrating experience. I would not recommend booking this hotel through hotels.com as they may not honor your reservation or payment. "
