「La habitación tenía su ventanal quebrado, me encontré una uña postiza en la cama, manchadas las sábanas y en general muy mal mantenimiento de la propiedad, para el check out ni había personal」

「The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area felt safe and we never felt otherwise during our stay. The building itself is a bit worn and has more of a hostel-style feel. While that may work well for some travelers, we were personally hoping for more of a bed-and-breakfast atmosphere」

「The door lock was broken in my room. They also left the bathroom window opened just a couple inches so mosquitos got in. Airport shuttle frequency & hours are not enough. They should extend the hours for airport pick up an increase frequency during “rush” hour. Breakfast was included & had a good variety. We also had dinner at the restaurant which had great service and good food.」

「The property is beautiful, with plants and gardens everywhere. The room was beautiful. But you can hear everything from the neighbors and prime talking outside, and I do mean everything. I didn’t sleep a wink. The pool was also cold, and needed to be skimmed, so I didn’t use it.」
