「This hotel is huge and very convenient.」

「I had an issues with the room and they moved me. This area isn’t really walkable but it’s a nice place to stay. You are close to a market and food so that’s good. Anywhere else and you will have to arrange transportation. They do have an airport shuttle and that’s always a plus.」

「I stayed at this hotel for my last night in Costa Rica before a very early morning flight. The room was spacious and clean, and the check-in process was easy. Unfortunately, it was raining during my stay, so I wasn’t able to use the pools. It’s also worth noting that the fitness center has limited weekend hours, despite being listed as 24/7 in some places online, so I wasn’t able to use it either, which was a little disappointing. My biggest concern, however, was a significant security issue...

「Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The floors were visibly dirty and disgusting, the bed sheets had noticeable stains, and there was no hot water during our stay. The staff were also difficult to find at check-in, as they were by the pool rather than at the entrance. We understand that Costa Rica is a Spanish-speaking country and have no issue with that, but for a hotel located near the airport, we expected at least some basic English communication to assist with check-in and hotel...

「The grounds here were very pretty- several trails where you could bird watch, and the view from the infinity pool was very nice. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only things we found to lower my rating slightly were that the rooms (depending on where you're assigned) can be a little way down a path and there didn't seem to be a golf cart/similar vehicle to help you with your bags. I had a group of teenagers, so hauling their own luggage wasn't a problem except that it was raining the...

「We drove up to iron gates, got buzzed in and the place was beautiful. Our check in was quick and fast. Our room was amazing. The staff was top notch. Anything you needed the helped. The front desk staff helped with directions and directing us where the best food was. He was very patient. I will go back again. Highly recommend!!」
