「En primera instancia la habitación que reservamos tiene algunas reparaciones en la cerámica muy despectivas, el hotel se encuentra en proceso de mejoras generales de la infraestructura por lo que espero mejoren estas condiciones. Se comunicó al personal del hotel que no estábamos a gusto por las condiciones de la habitación y sin problema nos resolvieron cambiar de habitación por una mucho mejor. Agradecemos la atención y el servicio.」

「The Bamboo was a great apartment hotel for a one night stay in San José. We had airline problems/last minute cancellation with American Airlines and didn't get in until late. The hotel made sure someone was there late and when we needed to go out to meet up with local friends they provided us with the garage gate opener. The breakfast was a great local home made dish.」
