「Staff was rude and unwelcoming, not helpful, hallway was dirty. For spa you need to go to another office to book the appointment, make no sense to me.」

「Perfect location and good layout for 1 or 2 couples or singles. Great shower, nice kitchen, outdoor grill was a plus (count on about 400 degrees tops). Loved the back deck and easy access to the water (2 single kayaks on the property). Wifi worked well. A/C was a blessing over the brutally hot July 4th weekend, as were the ceiling fans. Cottage faces East. Quiet neighborhood. Very picturesque setting!」

「They overbook It and promise give refund. But they don't give me back the money. And terrible service. So slow transfer us to another hotel at 1 am. The staff don't show any sorry！」

「Everyone was polite and helpful」

「For the most part the hotel was convenient the balcony was nice but the wifi wouldn't work the first night and our tv in the room wouldn't work at all even after having someone come to the room and no resolution was given」

「Dirty bed sheets」

「It was clean, room was huge! Staff at front desk was very nice.」

「The hotel is clean and tidy, the beds are comfortable. The free breakfast was delicious. Free parking and very affordable prices. It's just that the room is a bit too simple and there are no windows for ventilation. The room is a bit decorated.」

「The hotel have cookie and fruit all day。」
