"Property was not clean. The room had damaged all over with the ceilings having holes. Making it feel like someone was watching you. The tiles on the bathroom floor were all lifted off the ground. There were ants all around especially on the rug. I would like a refund. I do not recommend staying here even if its free."

"All around great stay! Breakfast was bagels, hard boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt w/ toppings, muffins, chia, etc., juice, coffee & tea. Cozy and well appointed room. If I have any criticism, it would be that breakfast was stated to be available from 0730 - 1030 daily. One of the mornings we had an early ferry to Nantucket and were expecting to be able to enjoy the breakfast before we left, but the front doors were still locked which essentially make sense since the front desk does not open until 0800, but it's advertised and it was stated on the hotel map (that was given to us at check-in) that food would be available at 0730 daily. Please update your details or have the things available as advertised. Nit-picky suggestions would be more hooks or a coat rack, a hygiene product line that is hard-water friendly, and some sound proofing (you could hear one neighbor's bowel movements and arguing on the other side our first night) in the. Staff was friendly, attentive, and room was very clean. Other than what I have already said, it was really great, we would absolutely stay here again - it's actually been the best place we have ever stayed at the Cape and we go several times a year. "

"The rooms are old and dated. There’s an offputting smell in the hallways and the breakfast was less than desirable. I do not recommend."

"Pleasant stay, comfortable beds , staff with check in/out were very pleasant. However I feel this hotel is already old . The rug in our room was raveling , the paint peeling in the bathroom and hall over the door. But overall this place was clean. The rooms are like bare minimum style. But best price got us this to book. "
