Very nice, clean facility with friendly staff. We visited in late October, so we had the place to ourselves. Beaches are walkable, the area is safe and mostly residential. I would highly recommend this hotel. Great quality for a good price. Note: The Town of Yarmouth is working on a huge water project around the hotel. This could be disturbing to some visitors. Check with the desk for updates. :)

Pleasant motel for a relaxing stay

Nice motel with wooden walls and a simple but pleasant rooms. Good size and a lot of light with windows on both sides. The person at the reception was very helpful and welcoming.

The hotel is updated, clean and the beds comfy. There is a town beach across the street with a parking lot and benches. Unfortunately, the construction going on next door had a water pump going 24/7 which was loud and really ruined the peaceful beach experience.

Lot is extremely cramped and difficult to safely navigate. I thought this even before noticing a fender bender in the lot while there. Rooms are also very tight, and front desk staff stiff and unwelcoming.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The area is great. The roadwork was a bit of a problem. The bathroom glass partition is awful and the tub is dangerously slippery. The hotel was basically empty and they chose to Put another guest directly above us. The person was a heavy footed noisy person up early. This was not necessary.

The only thing I and my wife found inconvenient was the fixed glass shower wall. This required getting into the tub to turn on the water and shower. The tub was also slippery, a mat would have helped. Would rate 4.5 out of 5.

Found the property to be very clean,our room was clean, daily housekeeping services were provided. However, I found that the room could have used some extra lighting. The 2 hanging lights above the bed did not provide adequate light in the room at night, especially if one wanted to read a book or play a game in the room. An additional light source would have been helpful.

The place is beautiful, I would recommend bringing your own soap because they gave us like mini versions and it was like four of us in a room. Also, someone walked in before our check in time while we were still sleeping so that was a bit weird when we asked the front desk. They just told us oh they’re new people so they just probably mixed up the rooms.

I liked that it was walking distance to the beach. Room was clean and modern. The fact that it nit only provided fridge, but also microwave, sink and two seats table. Very cozy. Nice view to the pool. Very close to Hyannis and the Mall, restaurants and coffee shops. Keep in mind parking is not free - $25.00 /per night. I have to say, out if five nights I got two nights parking for free. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Hotels.com says all fees and taxes, yet they charged me for parking. Total ripoff. Been staying at this property (different owners) for 40 years. Never charged parking before. Just a way to trick people into thinking it’s one price and then rip them off.
