「The staff was absolutely wonderful!! They were easily the best part of our stay. The pool and beach were also great, and we loved the food and very strong drinks. A couple things that weren’t our favorite was the AC in our room and water pressure in the shower. We had to call to have our AC fixed and it still didn’t cool the room down much (4 of our friends had the same experience in their rooms too), and there was little to no water pressure in the shower.」

「We had a wonderful stay at the Royalton! Our room and the entire property were clean and well maintained, and the view from our room was beautiful. The beach was also very nice, with minimal panhandlers trying to sell things, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The only area that could use some improvement was the service speed. Food and drinks were a little slow at times, both in the restaurants and with butler service. 「My husband and I attended this resort in March for a little getaway and it was perfect. We didn’t care too much for the food on site but it was ok cause we were close to other options outside the resort. A quick bus ride or cab and we had several options. The resort itself was beautiful. Very clean and calm which is exactly what we were looking for. We had the one bedroom suite and we loved it. It was a surprise for my husband for his bday and he fell in love. We will definitely return to this...

「The Soco hotel do not look like the pictures on the website. The resort wasn’t well kept. My room wasn’t cleaned properly also there was a big gap in the door you can see outside not safe. As soon as I checked into this hotel I checked out and found another resort to stay. DO NOT BOOK HERE I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!」
