They appeared short staffed as you could wait a while for service at the restaurant and at the bar which could be frustrating. 「The only staff who made the stay okay were Ivan and Robert. Otherwise, you’d wait 30-40 minutes for food and when you get the food not even 10-15 minutes later staff is asking to remove the food they just brought.
