「Excellent services.」

「I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Plum Tree Club in Barbados, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and attended to our every need with warmth and professionalism. Their dedication to providing excellent service truly set the tone for our stay. The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the golf course on the property. It was beautifully maintained, offering a challenging yet enjoyable experience for...

「The only good thing about this place it's the location it close to shop food and the beach. The place had a scent when we arrival there was feces in the toilet. Contact stated 3 day after stay housekeeping service we got no housekeeping service left with no toiletries.」

「Staff was helpful and the property was good.」

「Perfect location, very convenient to get transportation. The staff were amazing especially in the vintage cafe and front desk. The room was nice and spacious, nicely decorated. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit. The music around the property was very pleasant. The staff on the 6th floor were excellent and attentive.」

I booked The Sands Barbados expecting a 4-star experience, but based on my stay, I would rate it closer to 2 stars. Two days before arrival, I called to advise that I would be checking in early. I was told my room would not be ready but that I could use the restaurant and bar while waiting. On arrival, I was told I could not access the restaurant or facilities until officially...
