「The hotel is really nice of the environment and the service. The therapist of SPA were very good, we did enjoy the massage very much. However although we made a reservation for the restaurant, it seemed the staffs didn’t realize we visited it and send a mail to us on the next day for missing our arrival. The shower in the room was really weak, it didn’t come out any water during the mid night which was bit terrible.」

「The hotel staff is nice and helpful but the facilities of hotel is terrible. Room is old and dirty. We even need to change to another room becoz the water keep draining out from bowl. However the air conditioner is not cold at all. I can just say it is cool but not cold. They came and checked it. They said it is normal. I am quite disappointed. 」
