"Rooms were disgusting and small. Bathrooms were not clean at all. Staff at the bar were rude. Wouldn’t let you sit and watch the live band unless you ordered drinks even if you are staying at the hotel. Checking into the hotel was chaos. Not organized at all. I would never recommend or stay here ever again! "

I loved the pool with the pretty plants and open concept including the indoor/outdoor living space. The staff were so kind and gracious, taking care of us the whole time. I got sick while there and they were so great at checking in on me. "We had the worse experience of any kind . The hotel isn’t luxury . Everything outdated and the service was appalling . We stayed one hour in the property and instantly checked out as it was so bad . We couldn’t see ourselves staying for five nights in a dirty environment and the staff that couldn’t be bothered and everything was an effort . We wrote to the general manager and the hotel office and didn’t even get an acknowledgment or even a reply . We even asked for a manager when we were there and they said there were none . An appalling experience all along "
