「We've stayed in many ''historical" lodges, cabins, & Bed & Breakfasts, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained everything was - both indoors and outdoors! Although, our room was small (we'll know next time), our bed and pillows were very comfty! Steve and Linda were wonderful hosts & breakfast was warm and delicious!」

「It was clean and bed comfortable but our room was right by the road and it was pretty loud and close to busy road. No amenities.」

「Sheets were dirty, full of hair. Shower soap dispensers were empty. No hand soap available. No ice machine on property. the cabinet under the refrigerator was rotten and pieces of it in the floor proving the floor hadn't been vacuumed. Night staff was friendly and offered to move us to another room where the TV didn't work, with double beds vs. the king bed we had booked. 」

「Room was clean and safe, but was devoid of even basic amenities: No hair dryer, no kitchenette items of any kind, no electric plug near the desk, no ice available in the building, no breakfast, only 3 small pillows [not enough for 2 people]. The inviting picture of the lobby on the Website is absolutely false.」

「Lulus was absolutely over the top on everything! We loved it!! It was charming, clean, comfortable, and the restaurant LuLus served some of the best dishes that I’ve ever eaten! 」

「This hotel is quite dated and I feel the ratings failed me this time. I think this hotel’s rating should be lower than 8. The bathroom vent wasn’t working so the steam build up irritated my wife while trying to get her hair done. It was hard finding a hotel in this area that has an excellent rating. Breakfast here was also subpar. And no coffee in the rooms either. 」
