「The hotel was in great location and on the beach. However, we got stuck in the elevator on our way to the room. It was a scary experience. However, the hotel staff responded quickly. 」

「Great vacation! Beds comfortable, access to beach was amazing. Wish sitting area in rooms were more comfortable and modern. Overall staff was alway accommodating. Did bike tour and snorkeling with Zep and Steve had an amazing time. Love being up close to sea turtles. 」

「Very relaxing. Our room was perfect......10 steps to the beach and 10 steps to the pool. Dining was good, buffet has good options. The a la carte restaurants were good, not gourmet, but had some great meals.」

「The view of golf field is superb. Its in the middle of 2 comercial spots on the island. Driving and parking are easy here.」

「Great location and service for a family trip, easily walkable to restaurants and shops nearby Palm Beach. The rooms are pretty basic rooms that you would find at any Hyatt property, but you are more so paying for the amenities and location. 」

「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」
