「Extremely happy with our stay Upon arrival got 3 drink voucher per adult per room so we were 3 adults and 1 child With drinks were light snacks like Pasta, soup, salad, nachos, hot dogs The food was a bit disgusting n cold but we enjoyed our drinks with nachos Morning breakfast was also nice From buttermilk biscuits to scrambled eggs , oatmeal, sausages patty, hash potatoes, n waffles Overall great value for money」

「Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. 「As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the valet drivers. They were very kind and very informative. We were able to check in quickly and early. The room was fantastic. The bathroom is HUGE and everything was very clean. The only downside to our stay was that there were only two functioning elevators ( they reported a recent flood took out the rest). Breakfast was subpar. Overall would highly recommend the hotel for the rooms, the convenience and the friendliness of the staff.」
