"My door in room 119 would not lock most of the time. I left and when i got back to the room, i was able to just push my door right open without my key card. The sheets and pillow cases had multiple stains on them and i was stared at by staff when leaving my room all the way down the hallway and then i was stared at while making my Continental breakfast"
