「We were in town for a wedding and drove four hours to get to the location. I called ahead of time to request an early check in but was told that they do not offer that service. When we arrived at 1pm, the front desk clerk was friendly and was able to get us into a room at that time. The room was spacious and clean. 「The free parking (which was excellent) was confusing. In order to obtain a parking dongle, you had to check in but there was no where to park when you were trying to check in. Also, if you didn't return the parking dongle, you were charged $20 but you can't exit the parking garage without the dongle. Therefore, you have to exit the garage and find somewhere to park so you can return the dongle and finish checking out. They need to come up with a better method of enabling parking access.」

「Very clean and spacious room; quiet even though located in a busy area; professional staff; noted the jacuzzi/hot tub and the pool, but did not use them; breakfast was varied enough and the food tasted fine (I actually really enjoyed the oatmeal they provided). Highly recommend.」

「The motel room and carpet needs to be cleaned more and the walls also need painting and the window above the kitchen sink needs new kitchen blinds. The curtains hanging in the front window and the rod that holds the curtains needs repair. The chair in the room and the cabinet that holds a customer’s clothes needs to be replaced with a nicer chair and cabinet.」

「Room was clean, staff was very helpful and friendly, the bacon and sausage brand were not very good (seemed artificial meat) so we went elsewhere for breakfast which was a disappointment but overall it was a good experience and we plan to stay there again when needed!」

「Lean freshly painted rooms, helpful staff, lean towels upon exchange, offer in room. The only down side to this trip was the fire alarm going off at 1:30 am one morning. New system being put in and it sounded at 1:30 am. After calling the manager, it was turned off 15 minutes later. Other than that it was a good price for a comfortable clean room」

「Our weekend getaway at The Lodges Sunset Village was excellent. Loved the quaint atmosphere and cozy cabin. It was a great size for 3. Close shops and eateries near by. Staff was accommodating and prompt. The only suggestion I would give is that when providing the cabin number/addresses to the lake side properties to use cabin5 address for all rooms.
