「Classy and clean renovations. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. It's conveniently located 1 block away from King street, which has a plethora of dining and shopping options. I was there on the weekend, so I parked on the street, which was convenient and free for me.」

「Incredible service. Staff was very accommodating. Hotel offers many complimentary items. For example I needed a shaver so I went to purchase one in their convenience store and they said it was complimentary! And they gave me shaving cream! Will definitely be staying here again.」

「I stayed with my wife for transiting to Washington airport (DCA). I need the shuttle bus service from hotel to DCA. I asked the staff, lady looks like African American, at/about 9:30am on 4th Dec. if I have to reserve the shuttle. She say , yes, and when I need the shuttle service? I answered about noon. She answered, "no problem". Unfortunately, when we checked out at noon, she say, sorry, no more shuttle before 3:00pm. Finally, we have to take taxi to DCA, and costed me US$30. Poor experience...
