"Initially we booked a standard AC room but upgraded to a deluxe AC room on the 2nd floor which has been constructed newly. The room had ample space with a small balcony as well as with TV and a small storage cupboard. The room, attached bathroom-toilet was clean and the bed linen as well as towels were clean. "Unfortunately I had to cut short the holiday as the hotel is not what I was expecting. "We booked a premium room but the room given was completely different to the photos provided. Address was different to what was given on here. Had to wait over an hour for check in time evenknow we arrived within check in time. When we asked about the room being premium we were ignored. On boat staff were fine and accomodating which is the reason I didnt give a lower rating. We ended up booking another place for the second night because we were so disappointed. "

"Beach was beautiful- World Class! The room was perfect- great size. Food was excellent with good variety for all. Pool was fun and clean. Staff was amazing and helpful. But remember that you are in a resort- best to go out and do some local shopping to get a real feel for the area. Recommend guests to go out on the beach first light to see the fishing boats come in."
