Nice view if the sea with private beach

The property is on the beach and is clean. Staff is very friendly and cooperative, the food was limited but good.

inconsistent room qualities but good location.

Inconsistencies in the quality of the rooms at the same price. Unfortunately I was out in a "deluxe 1 bedroom studio" on arrival the curtain rail fell clean off the wall, there was a massive hole in the wall, cockroaches in the bathroom and stains on all the upholstery. Looked absolutely nothing like the photos. When I enquired they assured me this was the correct room. They moved me to another room of the same class which was infinitely better and was the same cost. A few other people there mentioned the same. Strange. Great location but the standards of the a lot of the rooms appear not up to scratch. Avoid if you don't want to play roulette with the rooms you may or may not be booked into!

Un mauvais rapport qualité prix max 65€/nuit

Le personnel de l'établissement est aux petits soins ce qui est le point positif, malheureusement il y a trop de détails qui font que le prix justifié pour la chambre, n'est pas juste. Des travaux juste devant notre chambre qui nous ont empêché de profiter de la terrasse, la salle de bain avec de nombreux câbles apparents et inesthétiques, le spa, lui aussi cher pour ce qu'il propose. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, le dîner assez ordinaire. Bref, un prix par nuité trop élevé par rapport aux prestations proposées.

Nous avions un bungalow de luxe qui était très grand et très bien situé. Le seul bémol est c'est qu'une clôture toute déglinguée obstruait la vue sur la mer. Il y aurait ici matière à amélioration. Le check-in est rapide et le personnel est serviable. Cependant le service aux tables laisse à désirer. Jamais on s'enquiert à savoir si le repas nous plaît , une fois servi on ne revoit plus le serveur, on doit courir les serviettes de table etc. La plage est propre et est limitée par des brises lames de pierre qui rendent les longues marches difficiles. Les petits-déjeuners sont un peu décevants. Toutefois l'endroit est reposant et confortable. L'accueil est chaleureux et pour qui veut relaxer c' un hôtel recommandable.

Nice hotel very close to beech. Very helpful staff. Limited menu but food quality good. Relaxing spot away from hustle and bustle of Alleppey.

tres belle plage particuliere, l'emplacement de l'hotel est un peu perdu,il n'y a pas grand chose autour de l'hotel comme restaurant dnc il faut diner sur place et la restauration est assez basique

People are good. Outside maintanace is poor and doesnt feel secure. Anybody can get inside to the property easily. Stary dogs and cats are plenty inside.
