「This was my favorite hotel that I stayed in while in Kerala. The service was top notch - the staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and memorable! The property sits right on the water. The rooms are spacious. The food was wonderful. They helped me coordinate a canoe ride through the backwaters. In order to get to the property in this prime location, the car ride is on a small dirt road at the end.」

「Lovely location amongst lush green gardens. Staff were great, especially the restaurant team, who made us feel at home. Loved afternoon tea, watching the sunset at the lakeside. Trips from the hotel are pricey, but we walked to the bridge and jumped on boats to explore the lake and backwaters. 」

「Property is located on the prime location. It’s a calm and silent area. But the facilities provided like electric kettle and all are damaged. Bathroom door handles were damaged in some rooms.」
