「The photos are a bit misleading; the rooms are smaller than they look, and the place didn't live up to what we paid. The place was clean except for a red stain we found after a week or so—we called, and they replaced it in about 3 hours! And all weekend long we had problems with the water pump—very little water came out of the shower, and it took us a long time to shower, especially since we were eager to get clean after coming back from the beach, but the water pump kept acting up. 「The location of this hotel is excellent and very convenient for enjoying Destin. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not justify the $230 per night rate we paid. The complimentary breakfast was extremely overcrowded in the morning. There was not enough seating available, and the staff struggled to keep enough food stocked to accommodate the number of guests. Our room also had several maintenance issues. The bathtub handle was loose and not securely attached, and the TV remote did not work...

「I would recommend another hotel! Property was dirty, trash outside. Vagrants bothered us going in and leaving the Property. The stove didn't work, but we didn't need it anyway, and it was reported. Has roaches! No bathroom sink stopper, if you drop your rings in there, get a plumber! Guess you get what you pay for. Clerk was nice.」
