「I wanted to love this hotel. But, it’s poorly renovated and shabby. The bed was fine and the shower was fine. There was rust and black (mold?) along the bottom of the shower. Our AC was broke. In Florida. They sent someone to fix it. We had a miserable night. The next day they sent someone to replace the whole unit. Everything was almost nice. It was $500 a night for just okay - almost not okay. Don’t regret it - won’t be back.」

「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」

「We were on a family trip, and it was truly wonderful thanks to the location, clean rooms, very helpful staff, affordable bar prices, and good breakfast. An excellent stay.」

「I paid for breakfast, yet there was a guest list and my name wasn't on it; I was still able to enter the breakfast room」

「The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The problem we had was that the resort had 7 buildings and one pool. So unless you got there early you were forced to go to the beach. Also the lounge chairs at the pool were on top of each other with other people right next to you so there was no privacy. The lounge chairs on the beach were also very close to each other. This was a get away vacation for my wife and I and didn't appreciate spending it next to other quests.」

「Housekeeping came every morning on my 3 day stay. The pool was beautiful, not crowded at all and front desk was very polite and quick at sign it. Vault of the stay was great With it being 4th of July weekend. We had a great stay and lots of store and restaurant in the area. I would highly recommend to stay here, I know I'll be back again.」
