「I am shocked that the Inn at the Beach has 9.8 stars. The location was the best feature, close to the beach and walkable to downtown. We arrived to a room filled with black hair all over the bathroom, a cockroach on the floor, and a smell that lasted the whole weekend. We politely told the front desk and they re-cleaned the room but there was still black hair everywhere. We were told the reason for the smell was the sprinklers were on earlier in the day. However, the smell was terrible and...

「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」

「I paid for breakfast, yet there was a guest list and my name wasn't on it; I was still able to enter the breakfast room」

「The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The problem we had was that the resort had 7 buildings and one pool. So unless you got there early you were forced to go to the beach. Also the lounge chairs at the pool were on top of each other with other people right next to you so there was no privacy. The lounge chairs on the beach were also very close to each other. This was a get away vacation for my wife and I and didn't appreciate spending it next to other quests.」

「The good part: staff was pleasant. Air conditioning was ice cold and working excellent. The bed was comfortable for my stay. The bad part: outside of the motel was dirty. Bathroom and shower tub dirty with stains. Room walls were dirty, needed paint. The floor was dirty. Air vent super dusty and dirty. Bugs were in the shower. Nasty.」

「Housekeeping came every morning on my 3 day stay. The pool was beautiful, not crowded at all and front desk was very polite and quick at sign it. Vault of the stay was great With it being 4th of July weekend. We had a great stay and lots of store and restaurant in the area. I would highly recommend to stay here, I know I'll be back again.」
