"We enjoyed our stay at Sparks but there could have been improvements. For example, we would’ve liked to have access to the Hot tub, and the ice machine on the second floor. In addition, I would’ve like to see more options during the breakfast hours, but other than that I’m pleased with my time at Sparks."

"The room slept 6 we were 3 and the room was set up for 2!! No one came in with clean towels or made up the room...we were there 4 days...we found some towels on a cart and got the third set. The trash can was toooo small. The mattress pads were in shreds and should be replaced!! As that really looks tacky. The staff was delightful... since the hotel is under renovation it's hard to keep things neat and the staff only had a tiny table to check people in that was very difficult for them to work. And they did it with a smile."

"There was absolutely nothing we didn't like. Your hotel is amazing! Best night's sleep! There was no other hotel that we stayed at on our vacation that even came close to yours. The room was neat and clean and the amenities were perfect. If traveling that way again we will be sure to stay again! Thank you!"
