「Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures. The lobby is dated and tired. At peak check-in hours, there is a long line and only one reception staff.
Breakfast is included in the steep price but you may as well skip it unless you enjoy unkempt tables, overcrowding and terrible coffee from a machine (and this is Italy). 」

「Fantastisk fint hotell. Stora rum . Bad om ett rum mot sjön. Då hamnar man mot gatan , ingen sjöutsikt pga träd men många roliga bilar som körde förbi. På kvällen mycket lite trafik inget som störde. Det finns cyklar att låna, man cyklar in till Desenzano på 5-10 min. Stenstrand nedanför hotellet till höger. God frukost där inget saknades. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rekommenderar verkligen detta hotell.」

Hotel is very well located to near by Sirmione which sits right next to lake Garda.
Hotel is clean and very comfortable albeit slightly old fashioned which is fine because they get it right.
Staff are friendly and will go out of their way to help.
The bedrooms are clean and air conditioning is set perfectly and isn’t noisy. The beds are super comfy too.
Breakfast is vast and has a great variety which will cover all dietary requirements.
The swimming pool is lovely and...
