「what a great stay I had: all hotels were solid booked and I found this place at the last minute: needless to say, this will be my first choice from now on...great rooms/ apartments...great people working there and excellent location and privacy. LOVED IT!! THUMBS UP !!」

「The staff did a great job with the Complimentary Breakfast. There was a variety and it was tasty and satisfying. They greeted me every morning --- those at the front desk and those at the breakfast bar. The cleaning staff did their job and they did it professionally. Hotel Cristallo is a two minute walk from train station. I have absolutely no complaints or concerns about this hotel. I will stay here again.」
