「The property and its grounds are beautifully situated amongst the vines, for a peaceful relaxing stay. Our only disappointment was that the osteria/restaurant and gardens were completely unavailable for the second night of our stay. It would have been preferable to be advised of this on or prior to arrival rather than on the day, so we could have made alternative arrangements for dinner. The villa is in the Italian countryside surrounded by their property vineyards and vegetable gardens. 「room was clean and had comfortable bed and plenty of good towels, air conditioning could not be manually controlled so a little warm in the room at times. staff were always very helpful and many smiling faces. breakfast had enough variety but why no fresh juice? (coffee machine made up for it). its a shame you have to pay extra for cold drinking water during the day, but respect it is a scarce resource in the summer good location half way between old and new town with little jetty to swim from」
