"I had ants in my room, the people above me were loud and the kids ran in the room almost the entire time. During the power outage, the emergency/generator lights in the one stairwell didn't work nor did the any in the parking lot. Very Disappointed."

"Was there for an overnight stay. Didn't take advantage of the gym. Valet staff was friendly as well as front desk. "

"I had a great stay at the Wyndham in downtown Pittsburgh. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the riverfront. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I checked in. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and professional, which really made the stay feel comfortable and stress-free. My room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the views of the city were a nice bonus. I also appreciated how quiet the room was at night, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Overall, this is a great choice if you’re visiting downtown Pittsburgh. Between the convenient location, comfortable rooms, and excellent service, I would definitely stay here again."

"Pool was closed due to renovations but that’s okay because we didn’t have time to utilize it anyway. Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. Staff were more than accommodating…above and beyond for us in a few instances. Breakfast was great and there was access to water, tea, coffee and snacks throughout the day and night. It was a very nice surprise when I came back from being in the cold and wind all day to a hot cup of tea! Will definitely stay there again!!"

"The power was knocked out from early evening and wasn't on the next morning which I'm not putting the blame the hotel..but you'd think there'd be a back up Genny! You'd think they would have at least offered a complimentary stay at some other time! No apologies or anything. "

"Hotel was dirty, mold in the shower. Fire alarm was pulled at 2:00am. Trash around the property. Bad marijuana smell all the time. Long line at check in and owner of establishment didn’t even acknowledge guests or help with ridiculous long line. Never stay here again or even recommend to my most hated enemy. "

"Extremely convenient to the PA turnpike. Lots of businesses on Rt. 8, on which it is located, provide every possible service, eatery, etc. Good value for the price. Show your room key card at restaurant next door to get a discount. "
