"The room was nice and the bathroom was very clean. The entire hotel was mostly clean aside from a couple band aids and wrappers in our room. There was a lot of loud noises from other rooms that kept us up. We also reserved a king bed and got a queen bed upon arrival because the king rooms were full. "

"Hello. I stayed at this hotel for ONE NIGHT and I will never be back again. When we entered the room the smoke smell was horrendous. What is the one thing guest do when entering the hotel. Check the beds. I checked the bed and the stains were terrible and the pillow cases looked as if they weren’t washed. The bath towels looked dingy. The towel holder, toilet paper holder were falling off the walls. The customer service was not great. We came back to the hotel and tried to enter our room and our key stopped working. Workers were nowhere to be found and took us calling 10 times for someone to show and get us a new key. I will not be returning to this hotel ever. I 0/10 recommend and pick one of the hotels next to it because it might actually be worth your money. "

"Had to get everything from main desk, shower floor was slippery and hardly any water pressure. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean."

"clean room, quit hallway, friendly staff, great breakfast, hotel close to shopping center, near main roadways to take you to downtown pittsburgh. "

"Heat and phone did not work in our room. Staff was great and we were given a different room after they were unable to fix the problem. Very apologetic. Just wondering why new heating units were not installed considering the hotel is currently going through a major renovation. We were told the units were refurbished. The heating in our replacement room was better but not great. "

"The room was poorly maintained, the sheets were dirty, half the lights didn't work, the fridge didn't work in the room, the ice machine did not work, for over $200 a night expected a lot better, and if you want an hour extra to check out it's over $50. The TV barely worked, was not happy, even the Jacuzzi buttons were struggling to work"
