"Beautiful place to stay. The only thing is when you turn on the heat, you smell the dog and if you don’t like the dog smell, it’s your room gonna smell like a dog but overall everything was great."

"None of the lights in our room worked couldn't check in until after three even though we got there right at three staff was OK. No hot breakfast bags a complete waste."

"There was mold on the curtain, the toilet seat was broke, there was hair, dirt and stains on the sheet. When brought to the attention of the front desk and asked to be either given a new room or a refund we were told there were no more rooms available and that we had checked in 2 hours ago and that they did not need to give us a refund. We informed him that we checked in took our things to the room and left to go eat we did not check the room out till we came back. We showed him pictures of all the issues and they said they would check it out. We are still waiting to see if we will be refunded. "

"The room was nice and the bathroom was very clean. The entire hotel was mostly clean aside from a couple band aids and wrappers in our room. There was a lot of loud noises from other rooms that kept us up. We also reserved a king bed and got a queen bed upon arrival because the king rooms were full. "
