"Our stay was great, the rooms were clean as was the amenities. The breakfast was as good as any hotel breakfast not bad. My only complaint is that the beds were awful! They are so hard! If you laid in your side it was definitely gonna hurt your hips. Other than the beds, we had a good stay. Great location, generally safe area. The pool was great especially if you have small children."

"Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They offered to answer any questions that we had and were very nice upon our arrival after driving for many hours. We were surprised that our King suite was incredibly spacious and was well-lit and had the coziest bedding. It was quiet, other than a few people walking above us but that didn't go on for long. Convenient to many places as well. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others as well."

"The property was very nice and the staff truly set it apart from other properties that we have stayed at. It was very clean and a really fun place to stay in Lubbock. Amy at the front desk was awesome as was the bartenders and breakfast staff! Their food was also really good! We will definitely be back!"

"The elevator went out right after we checked in. I am an older person with COPD… We were on the third floor and it was difficult for me. I thought people should have been compensated for this …. Even a slight discount on our rates would have helped for the inconvenience…..I understand these things happen….but customer service is important to me !!!"
