"Give Jared at the front desk a raise!! Overall wonderful experience. Not only was I able to get an early check in but the room itself was clean and comfortable. My husband and I were visiting for a wedding and Jared remembered us and asked us how the wedding went. He was also able to offer options for dining which is above and beyond. "The home was nice, it is clean and looks like the pictures. Pool and spa are also very clean. The communication with the property management lacks, very hard to get in contact with on the day of your arrival. You leave a message and they are supposed to call you back, (they never did) I was concerned they forgot about our reservation. They bombard with emails before we arrived (when you book the property) and then the day of arrival no response. Until I was persistent for three hours, calling to...

"I was skeptical at first reading the other comments but stuck with it and it wasn’t bad. It’s a 3-star hotel and that’s it. I do feel it’s overpriced but that’s literally everything right now. Have I gotten a better value staying at the Drury Inn or even Holiday Inn Express? Absolutely. But the room was [mostly] clean. Nothing that was a complete deal killer. A little outdated with the furniture and I was worried the shower/bath faucets were going to break from the wall but that was about it....
