This isn't a hotel experience at all. It's a very nice room with a shared bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the pool, a life saver with the 107 degree temperatures. It just what we were looking for.

My stay was cozy. I wasn't there much during the days, but when I was there, it was peaceful. Comfy bed and TV. Great spot if you're just looking for somewhere to lay your head at night.

Great value for a stay in Northern Phoenix

I appreciate the host being available to greet me after the posted check in time to show me the room and amenities even though there was a map provided for after hours check in. The area was quiet and it was a comfortable room, but I felt the room was stuffy and it is central a/c through the whole house so there was no individual control in room or a ceiling fan. The shared bathroom sink was not as tidy, but there was another sink I was able to use. Quiet even though there were others in the house.

I liked the area /neighborhood. The outside of the house and landscaping was great. The inside of the house was a little run down. The paint in the bathroom was peeling off the wall and it was dirty around the door knob. The carpet in the bedroom had stains. It seemed like the house had excessive wear and tear on the interior.

Bed was comfortable HOWEVER…. Bathroom needs maintenance-corners dirty and worn. White towels are grey and stained. Shower curtain dirty. Mini fridge still had someone else’s takeout food in it. Place reaked of weed from on sight manager. Did not feel comfortable here.

I had a lovely time here. This was my first time, and definitely not my last !! I highly recommend it . So much better and nicer than staying on a hotel . The neighborhood is gorgeous, dining very close by as well as shopping. Easy access to the freeway- all 10/10 !!

Hidden Gem

My fiancé and myself stayed for a night. It was just what we were looking for, nice and quiet. Very clean and the owner was easy to contact via text message. Seemed like friendly people to me. I would recommend this place to others as well. It is more of a room with shared areas like the restrooms and kitchen but we didn’t see anyone the entire time we were there and enjoyed our stay.

Didn’t feel welcome by the owner. Apparently the owner didn’t expect guests to stay there rather then just sleep at night & go out day times. Felt the owner wasn’t friendly but demanding & a bit rude. I don’t think I would recommend this place to my friends.

This is a house where the owner rents a few of her rooms. The bathroom is shared. This wasn’t exactly clear to me. My room had a fridge but no microwave. The owner let me use the microwave in her kitchen. Also, I was able to make coffee in the morning in her kitchen.Anyway, it’s a nice house and the owner is very pleasant and friendly.

We didn’t realize it was someone’s private residence when we booked it but it was clean and cozy and inexpensive. It’s not fancy but if what you need is a place to rest your head it’s a good option.

This is a boarding house and we had a small room with a bathroom down the hallway. We had to move our car because a neighbor said their yard was not visible. The driveway was saved for regular boarders. It was ok but unexpected. Nice boarding home in a nice neighborhood.

This is a private house, and one of the owners lives there on constant basis. You would rent just a room in the house, not a kitchen, and you are not welcome to use anything else but your room. The room is not big, AC preset by the owner, you cannot change it, and you share the bathroom on the second floor with other people.
